WorldWork Team Directors Richard
Lowe worked as an economist in the Confederation of British Industry
before moving to local government where he ran a human resources and IT
function. He specialises in the development of people and organisations
through coaching and consulting. Richard is a qualified and experienced
psychometrician and uses a wide range of ability tests and personality questionnaires.
Client experience includes Airbus, Carrier Transicold, Kuwait Petroleum
International, and the European Patents Office.
Nigel Ewington is a founding partner of TCO International Diversity
Management and specialises in the assessment and development of managers
working across cultures. He speaks five languages, contributes to management
programmes at the Judge Institute of Management Studies in Cambridge and
has worked for clients such as Volvo, Nokia, Electrolux and Heinz.
Martin Ridley lectures on MBA programmes at Southampton University
UK and leads a doctorate research team as well as consulting on cross cultural
organisational issues (joint ventures and alliances) and specialising in
building dynamic teams and facilitating management meetings. Martin previously
held senior human resource roles in the aerospace and automotive industries.
Julian Clover is former Director of the UK based Association for
Management Education and Development (AMED). His International experience
includes training and organisational interventions with various companies
including Deutsche Bank, Groupe Danone, Philips, Mannesman and the Bank
of Holland. He holds an MBA with honours from the Open University in the
UK.
Geraldine
Pace promotes and markets WorldWork and its products and services,
and brings consistency and direction to our marketing and product development.
Having worked in management, training and media in the UK for 30 years and
having been managing Director of Communication Skills Europe since 1992
she brings highly relevant experience to the WorldWork team. A native of
Malta, and a graduate of the Royal University of Malta, she speaks French,
Italian, and Maltese as well as English. Client
Manager Eric
Wang has worked in the WorldWork office for over two years and
looks after the day to day contacts with all clients and supports them in
their use of the WorldWork products. He holds an MSc in International
Management and speaks Mandarin and Japanese. |
