What is The International Profiler?

The International Profiler is a questionnaire and feedback tool that has been developed to help managers and professionals understand where they put the behavioural emphasis when working internationally. The results from the International Profiler are always fedback by a trained and licensed consultant taking into account the international dimensions of the individual's current and/or future role.

The emphasis is on personal development and the feedback report, linked to the Development Resources Manual, enables an individual to plan and implement a practical development plan to become more effective at working with people from different cultural backgrounds.
