Nigel Ewingtonis a founding partner of TCO International Diversity Management and in the last 20 years has led executive education and consulting projects with over 100 organisations both in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors . These solutions have recently included leadership programmes, facilitation for international teams and coaching for Senior Managers. Together with Richard Lowe he designed and implemented The International Profiler, and recently produced our new video ‘A Case for Global leadership: the Kai Bendix Story’.
Richard Lowe is an economist by training with a Masters degree in Business studies from Bath University and is a qualified and experienced psychometrician. He has worked as a human resource consultant for over 20 years, but now focuses on providing operational and commercial support for WorldWork on a day to day basis. Together with Nigel Ewington he designed and implemented the International Profiler and continues to work on the production of new products for the cross-cultural market.
Geraldine Pace is a language graduate from Malta University and has a diploma in Advanced Executive Coaching. She is an experienced coach and consultant with over 25 years practice in the training and development of management skills and behaviours. She now concentrates on providing marketing and commercial support to WorldWork in developing and promoting products and events and in communicating with its new and potential licensees.
David Trickey, based in Italy, is a second founding partner of TCO International Diversity Management and focuses on international integration projects at both the organisational and team level. He is an associate faculty member for a number of Business Schools where he delivers workshops in intercultural management. As an international consultant, trainer and facilitator he has designed and delivered projects for over 100 major organisations in over 20 countries. Along with Richard Lowe, he designed and developed the International Team Trust Indicator and identifies new complementary products to add to the WorldWork portfolio.
Client Relationship Manager
Abby Beckley has recently joined the WorldWork team coming from an HR and Marketing background. An affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Abby deals predominately with all of WorldWork's client-facing communications. She also covers the day-to-day operations of the business including marketing and technical support for clients. Abby holds a degree in Classical Studies from Royal Holloway, University of London and has contributed short stories to an online Afro-centric publication.
Yari Bennett has recently graduated from Anglia Ruskin University with First class Honors in International Business Strategy. She is originally from Peru and speaks English and Spanish. She enjoys traveling and encountering new cultures. Whilst studying she helped update WorldWork’s CRM database and Accounting Systems. She has worked in the USA in Property and Commercial Laundry Management, and has now joined WorldWork full time as a Bookkeeper and Systems Administrator.
