Directors
Julian Clover is a director of Worldwork and was for several years the
Director of the Association for Management Education and Development.
He has an MBA from the Open University and has led training and
development projects with businesses such as Deutsche Bank, Philips, Groupe
Danone and the Bank of Holland. As well as providing marketing and commercial support, he is responsible for managing all aspects of Worldwork’s financial activities

Nigel Ewington is a founding partner of TCO International Diversity Management and in the last 20 years has led executive education and consulting projects with over 100 organisations both in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors . These solutions have recently included leadership programmes, facilitation for international teams and coaching for Senior Managers. Together with Richard Lowe he designed and implemented The International Profiler, and recently produced our new video ‘A Case for Global leadership: the Kai Bendix Story’.

Richard Lowe is an economist by training with a Masters degree in Business studies from Bath University and is a qualified and experienced psychometrician. He has worked as a human resource consultant for over 20 years, but now focuses on providing operational and commercial support for WorldWork on a day to day basis. Together with Nigel Ewington he designed and implemented the International Profiler and continues to work on the production of new products for the cross-cultural market.
Martin Ridley lectures on MBA programmes at Southampton University UK and leads a doctorate research team as well as consulting on cross cultural organisational issues (joint ventures and alliances) and specialising in building dynamic teams and facilitating management meetings. Martin previously held senior human resource roles in the aerospace and automotive industries, and now acts as a non-executive director for WorldWork.
Geraldine Pace is a language graduate from Malta University and has a diploma in Advanced Executive Coaching. She is an experienced coach and consultant with over 25 years practice in the training and development of management skills and behaviours. She now concentrates on providing marketing and commercial support to WorldWork in developing and promoting products and events and in communicating with its new and potential licensees.
David Trickey, based in Italy, is a second founding partner of TCO International Diversity Management and focuses on international integration projects at both the organisational and team level. He is an associate faculty member for a number of Business Schools where he delivers workshops in intercultural management. As an international consultant, trainer and facilitator he has designed and delivered projects for over 100 major organisations in over 20 countries. Along with Richard Lowe, he designed and developed the International Team Trust Indicator and identifies new complementary products to add to the WorldWork portfolio.
Business Manager
Eric Wang has worked in the WorldWork office for over four years and looks after the day to day contacts with all clients and supports them in their use of the WorldWork products. He also plays a key role in relation to sales and marketing WorldWork products. He holds an MSc in International Management and speaks Mandarin and Japanese.
